Clinical Information Search System (CISS)
We redeveloped a clinical information search system for UHL making it quicker and easier to process requests and allowed for future commercialisation.
The Clinical Information Search System (CISS) is a Clinical Search tracking, reporting and delivery system for people who provide information to others from literature search services. Their system was outdated and in need of a revamp to make it easier to use and maintain in the long term. We produced a bespoke system tailored to the CISS team’s requirement with a new responsive design that looked great across a variety of devices.
The system has been successfully deployed within UHL with plans to offer the service to other trusts thanks to multi client model we developed as part of the system. This enables the CISS team to offer the service to others without the need of complex server setups for the new client.
Hark 2 were able to listen to our requests and act on them, interpreting what we wanted into a functioning and beautiful website. They were responsive to questions, and no question was too stupid! I’d recommend Hark 2 as a great company to work with.
